Scantron Service Group is a nationwide contract maintenance and repair service provider with more than 13,000 customers serviced from 92 strategically located metropolitan areas throughout the United States. The Service Group also installs and maintains all Scantron hardware systems and interfacing computers, peripherals and supported operating systems. Scantron Service Group offers consistent on-site service from all areas of coverage including trained, professional technicians, toll-free centralized dispatch, two-hour maximum phone response, excellent customer service, quick turnaround and follow up for customer satisfaction.
