Who Uses Clarity?
Clarity 120 is available in an image-only model or bundled with
Scantron Intelligent Mark Recognition (SIMR) technology, which improves
the scanner's ability to correct common misidentification of marks
on documents. With Clarity, you can capture forms with signatures,
comment fields and attached notes for on-screen viewing.
Common uses: Patient encounter forms to capture signatures and comments.

patient satisfaction, questionnaires, evaluations, interviews.
Software Compatibility
Clarity is fully compatible
and recommended for use with Cognition, Scantron's data collection
software that accelerates business processes by automating forms
and document capture. Cognition captures physical data from forms,
documents, e-mail, images and faxes then converts the data into
electronic business intelligence. Data can be distributed to databases,
XML, extensions and reports.
